Buy Now Items:
As per CPA, If a customer is just unhappy/or not full satisfied with an item (i.e. it is of no fault of the seller/manufacturing fault/product defect), it can be returned within 30 days for a full refund/replacement provided item is still in a saleable condition unused/unworn & in good condition - Return postage fee will be at buyers cost & shipping fees are a non refundable expense. If a refund is decided upon, it will be less shipping fees paid to send / receive item back from client. If item is not returned in good condition, a refund may be rejected. Please notify us within 7days of receiving item if you will be returning item/s & reason for return, example for a change of mind/change of heart.
If an item had a defect/manufacturing fault/it was not as described by the seller e. (it was the sellers fault), the seller will be liable for shipping fees that was used to send product to and to get back product from the client
Auctioned Off Items: As per CPA, Auctioned Off items are not covered by CPA, However, we offer a 7day return period with which a client has to return an item they are not fully satisfied with, This can be for a replacement/ refund
If an auctioned item is returned for no valid reason, buyer will be liable for shipping costs to and from buyer
If product was defective or not as described, seller will be liable for sending & return shipping fees .
Handling fees apply on returns if for no valid reason.
